Special Needs

As noted in the introduction it is the policy of the synagogue that all children of members of the First Narayever Congregation have the opportunity to celebrate becoming a Bar/Bat Mitzvah with the congregation. Preparation of children with special needs for their ceremony should be discussed with the Rabbi and reviewed by the Committee.
